Terms of Service

These terms govern use of OmniForge Business AI (“OmniForge”), provided by Your Resource Consultants Inc., 20 S Charles St Ste 403, Baltimore, MD 21201. By creating an account or using OmniForge you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

OmniForge provides AI employees that help run a small business: answering calls, texts, chat and email; booking appointments; drafting and sending messages, quotes and invoices; bookkeeping; and social posting. Features depend on your plan and the accounts you connect.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate business information and keep your login secure.
• Review what your AI employees are set to do. Messages set to “ask me first” wait for your approval; messages you allow to send on their own are sent on your behalf and are your responsibility.
• Use OmniForge lawfully, including telemarketing, texting (TCPA and carrier rules), email (CAN-SPAM), privacy, and the terms of any platform you connect (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, Intuit, Stripe).
• Only contact people who have a relationship with your business or have asked to hear from you, and honor opt-outs.

AI output

AI employees can make mistakes. Check important information, prices, and anything legal, medical, tax or financial before relying on it. Bookkeeping figures and tax set-aside amounts are estimates, not tax or accounting advice.

Fees

Plans, add-ons (such as texting) and setup fees are shown before you pay and billed through Stripe. Carrier and platform fees may be included in or added to your plan as described at checkout.

Connected accounts

When you connect an outside account, you authorize OmniForge to act for your business within the permissions you approved. You can disconnect at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep OmniForge available but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; we’ll give notice of material changes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, OmniForge is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Ending

You can cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
