OmniForge Business AI (“OmniForge”, “we”) is operated by Your Resource Consultants Inc., 20 S Charles St Ste 403, Baltimore, MD 21201. OmniForge gives small businesses AI employees that answer calls, email and texts, book appointments, send quotes and invoices, keep their books, and publish social posts. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Who this covers
- Business customers who sign up for OmniForge and the people on their team.
- Their customers who call, text, chat with or email a business that uses OmniForge. For that information we act as the business’s service provider: we process it only to provide OmniForge to that business, under its instructions.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, business information, and billing details (payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t store card numbers).
- Content the business and its customers create in OmniForge: call transcripts, messages, emails, appointments, quotes, invoices, bookkeeping entries, receipts and social posts.
- Connected-account data: when a business connects Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X, QuickBooks, Stripe or its email, we store the access tokens (encrypted) and the page, profile, location or company names needed to act for that business.
- Basic technical data such as log and security records.
How we use it
- To provide OmniForge to the business: answer and route conversations, draft and send messages the business approves or has enabled, schedule and publish posts, keep books, and send invoices and quotes.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customers’ content to advertise to them.
Connected platforms
Data we receive from Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, X or QuickBooks is used only to provide the features the business turned on (for example, publishing its approved posts to its own Page or listing, or sending its books to its own QuickBooks company). We don’t transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with law, or with the business’s permission. OmniForge’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Text messages
Businesses may text their customers through OmniForge. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out.
Service providers
We use providers to run OmniForge, including hosting, telephony and texting (Twilio), AI models, email delivery, and payments (Stripe). They may process data only to provide their services to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while the business’s account is active and as needed for legal, tax and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it. A business can disconnect any connected account at any time in OmniForge, which deletes the stored tokens.
Deleting your data
To delete your OmniForge account and data, or data we received from a connected platform, email support@yrcmd.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my data”. If you are a customer of a business that uses OmniForge, contact that business, or email us and we’ll route the request. We confirm deletion within 30 days.
Security
Access tokens, keys and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what’s needed to run the service.
